Hiring shifted into a higher gear in July, with the largest expansion of payrolls in five months. The unemployment rate held steady at 5 percent. That's great that there are so many new jobs listings... but how many of those unemployed people are qualified to get them? Who knows, and the businesses sure don't care. To them, its not their problem. But its an untapped market, and the longer someone is without a job, the cheaper they are. Who doens't understand this logic?
